Ordering Policy

Payment Terms

Pre-payment by wire transfer is required for international orders.  Net terms are available with credit approval for domestic orders, as well as pre-payment by check or credit card.  Patriot accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.    Contact Gail Belcher to request a credit application, or call 800.470.3510 or +1.517.629.5990.

Minimum Order Requirement

Patriot requires a $50.00 minimum for all domestic orders, and a $100.00 minimum for international orders.  Excludes shipping charges.

UPS / FedEx Shipping

All orders shipping via UPS that are not marked properly will be shipped UPS Ground Pre-paid and add.
All orders shipping via FedEx that are not marked properly will be shipped FedEx 2-Day Service Pre-paid and add.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders for regularly stocked items may be canceled or changed at no charge if Patriot Antenna Systems is notified before the order is submitted for shipment.

Cancellations after an order has been shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Requests for additions to an order can only be accommodated as a new, separate order if the original order has already been submitted.  Contact your sales representative with questions or for more information, 800-470-3510 or +1.517.629.5990.

Back Orders

Patriot will advise customers, via e-mail or fax, of all merchandise on back-order and its estimated ship date as soon as possible. Customers have the option of canceling an item that is back-ordered, with the exception of special orders or custom products.  If items are shipped as “partial,” Patriot will invoice each shipment individually.

Substitutions

Suggestions for substitutions are made only through Patriot Antenna Systems. If a substitution is recommended, Customer Support will advise the customer on how to reorder the product.

Order Discrepancies

Patriot Antenna Systems digitally records all shipments before they leave the warehouse.  If a customer has a discrepancy (missing parts, damage, etc.), the digital images will be reviewed.  If a shipping error is proven to be Patriot’s fault, Patriot will absorb the cost to resolve the problem.  Incorrectly shipped parts or missing parts will be re-sent to the customer via ground service.

Returning Merchandise

For returns due to damaged or missing components, please contact Cinthia Cook with Customer Support within 48 hours of receipt of the product to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning goods. 800-470-3510 or +1.517-629-5990.

Under no circumstances will credits, refunds, or replacements be permitted without advance authorization from Patriot Antenna Systems. Unauthorized returns will be returned at sender's expense.

Returned products must be in their original condition and must arrive at the designated destination within 30 days of RMA issue. Purchaser may be subject to a 25% restocking fee on all goods that are returned.

Special order items may not be returnable.

After 30 Days
Returns will ONLY be accepted for warranty repair.  This warranty period is for one year.  The clock starts once the items leave the Patriot Facility.  NO units will be sent from Patriot for replacement or use during the warranty repair process.

WEEE Compliance
As an industry leader, Patriot Antenna Systems is firmly committed to the protection of the environment, our employees, our customers and the citizens of the communities in which we do business.

Patriot is working to comply with the recently passed RoHS and WEEE directives and is actively investigating and implementing our responsibilities in connection with these directives.  WEEE compliant products will be listed shortly. Please check back soon.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Patriot Antenna Systems will manage shipment of all orders via the most economical means available.  The shipping method is selected by the customer during the order process.  We currently support three shipping methods:

UPS – Next Day, Second Day, 3-Day, and Ground.
FedEx – FedEx Freight only. FedEx courier service is only used with customer provided account number.
Ground Transportation – 3 to 7 business days.
Other couriers must be arranged by the customer and billed to the customer’s account.

Shipping and handling charges are based on a formula that takes into consideration:
• number of packages in an order
• approximate weight of the packages
• type of material and shipment required

Orders received by Patriot are typically processed within 48 hours.  Due to time zone differences, it is possible that an order may not be received until the next business day.  The minimum shipment charge for an order is $10.00 USD.  An additional $5.00 USD charge will be applied to all residential addresses.  A $35.00 USD additional charge will be applied to all residential addresses receiving shipment via truck.

Any order that requires a 24 hour advanced call before delivery will be charged $25 for this service.

International Shipping

Patriot Antenna Systems offers international shipping service.  It is important to note that all charges for shipping must be paid by the customer.  Patriot does not take any responsibility for import duties and any taxes that may apply for your country.
Customer arranged pick-ups are accepted.  Any customer arranged pick-up must be coordinated with Patriot’s shipping department prior to pick-up.  
All international orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as wire transfers and checks. Patriot does not accept Letters of Credit.

*Any order that requires a 24 hour advanced call before delivery will be charged $25 for this service.

*It is required that all international orders be crated. Minimum crate charges is $300 US per crate.

Return Policy

All claims for shortages, defects, and non-conforming goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.  All returns for repair must show a return authorization number.  Any merchandise without an authorization number will be refused.  Customers will be responsible for freight charges.  Any equipment returned to stock must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition.  The customer is responsible for a 25% restocking charge.  If an order is cancelled after shipment has left our warehouse, the customer is responsible for all charges. All credits are merchandise credits.

12 Month Limited Warranty

ANTENNA equipment is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. PATRIOT ANTENNA shall repair or replace defective equipment, at no charge, or at its option, refund the purchase price, if the equipment is returned to PATRIOT ANTENNA not more than twelve (12) months after shipment. Removal or reinstallation of equipment and its transportation shall not be at cost of PATRIOT ANTENNA except PATRIOT ANTENNA shall return repaired or replaced equipment freight prepaid.

This Warranty shall not apply to equipment which has been repaired or altered in any way so as to affect its stability or durability, or which has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident. This Warranty does not cover equipment which has been impaired by severe weather conditions such as excessive wind, ice, storms, lightning, or other natural occurrences over which PATRIOT ANTENNA has no control, and this Warranty shall not apply to equipment which has been operated or installed other than in accordance with the instructions furnished by PATRIOT ANTENNA.

Claimants under this Warranty shall present their claims along with the defective equipment to PATRIOT ANTENNA immediately upon failure. Non-compliance with any part of this claim procedure may invalidate this warranty in whole or in part.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER AGREEMENTS AND WARRANTIES, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. PATRIOT ANTENNA DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT THE OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS WARRANTY AND PATRIOT ANTENNA NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE EQUIPMENT DELIVERED OR PROVIDED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PATRIOT ANTENNA BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

In no event shall PATRIOT ANTENNA be liable for damages in an amount greater than the purchase price of the equipment.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

PATRIOT ANTENNA has the right to void the warranty when the antenna is installed by someone other then a certified installer.
