Patriot Antenna Systems heard the requests and responded in great fashion
     
Albion MI, USA-Patriot has changed it's packaging on the 1.2 meter systems to accommodate companies ordering large number of antennas. 

"One of the complaints that we received was that though our prices were lower, freight charge often did not make Patriot an ideal solution, as container volumes were small." Said Steve Pokornicki, Sales Manager at Patriot

"By decreasing the size of the packaging we are able to fit nearly 50% more in each shipment that goes out.  We felt we needed to do this to continue to provide our customers with the best antennas at the best prices."
The change at Patriot made it possible to stack the antennas 15 high on a pallet as opposed to 9- which in turn meant a change of 163 on each container; up from 117.

Another option that Patriot offers is their in country assembly program for overseas customers. With this, Patriot will ship you the equipment to assemble the dishes at your facility.  This option allows the dishes to be stacked directly on top of each other for even more units per container.  This option is best for companies looking to buy exceptionally large numbers of antennas as it bumps the number of 1.2m antennas up from 163 to 240 per container. 

Patriot has also redesigned their packaging for the 1.8m antennas.  The new packaging allows for up to 45 1.8m antenna systems to be shipped in one container.  The old method allowed for only 35.  The new packaging falls in line with Patriot's commitment to proving better shipping options for the customer.
